Order Cancellation Policy
At Jacketex, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below:
1. 24-Hour Grace Period (Full Refund)
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately via Email Support only.
2. Delayed Cancellation Requests
Since our jackets are often prepared or allocated for shipment shortly after an order is placed, cancellations made after the initial 24-hour window will incur processing fees:
- After 24 Hours: A 35% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- After 48 Hours: A 50% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
3. Important Deadlines
- No Cancellations After 5 Days: We are unable to accept cancellation requests after five days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled.
4. Already Shipped? No Problem!
If your order has already been shipped, you can still get your money back by utilizing our 14-Day Easy Return Policy.
- Receive the product.
- Contact us for a return authorization.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse in its original condition.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued according to our Return Policy.
