1. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Our operations run from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
- You will receive a notification if there is any significant delay in the processing of your order.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery
To ensure global reach, Jacketex products are dispatched from our strategic partner fulfillment centers and logistics facilities. We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and USPS for international deliveries.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.
- This email will include your Tracking Number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
- Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges & Taxes
- Transparency: Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your payment.
- USA Sales Tax: For United States customers, applicable sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders (including USA), shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
